Reconnect ist ein Lied des japanischen Musikers Yaffle (auch als YOUKI KOJIMA bekannt), dem ebenfalls japanischen Rapper^⁠ Daichi Yamamoto und der japanischen Electropop^⁠ Musikerin AAAMYYY^⁠(en), welches für das P25 Music-Event des 25. Pokémon-Jubiläums am 15. Oktober 2021 als Teil von Pokémon 25: The Album veröffentlicht wurde.

Ein eigenständiges Musikvideo wurde bis zum 25.02.2022 nicht veröffentlicht, jedoch wurde ein von YouTube automatisch generiertes Topic-Video am Releasetag veröffentlicht. Ein vollwertiges Musikvideo folgte am genannten Datum auf den japanischen Pokémon-YouTube-Kanal, um den Übergang zum 26. Jubiläum zu zelebrieren. Im Musikvideo sieht man Daichi Yamamoto als Verkäufer eines Süßwarenladens, in welchem einige Sängerinnen mit Pokémon, wie Pikachu, Tragosso und weiteren tanzen. Über einen Bildschirm ist AAAMYYY zugeschalten und singt.

Das Lied wurde von Bruce Wiegner produziert und von den drei oben genannten Interpreten geschrieben.

Die Hintergrundmelodie stellt einen Remix zur Titelmelodie der Kanto-Videospiele der ersten Spielgeneration mit vereinzelten Soundeffekten jener Spiele dar.
